Revenue Academy exists to close that gap.
Why Revenue Academy Exists
Revenue management is no longer limited to one role or department. It influences sales, marketing, operations and overall profitability.
Through working alongside hotels facing real commercial challenges, we saw this gap clearly. Talented hospitality professionals wanted to move into revenue management roles but were unsure where to begin, while others were carrying significant responsibility without a structured foundation behind them.
Meet Ally Northfield
Revenue Academy was founded by Ally Northfield, co-founder of Revenue by Design and a recognised leader in hospitality revenue management.
Ally has worked internationally with hotels and hotel groups to develop pricing strategy, forecasting processes and commercial alignment. She has chaired industry revenue management committees, contributed to sector publications and spoken at hospitality events around the world.
Through that experience, one theme became clear: Hotels needed more than systems – they needed structured revenue management capability.
Revenue Academy reflects that belief. It was created to make revenue management practical, understandable and directly applicable in a hotel environment.
